You can place your order securely on our website. Personal checks, money orders, credit cards - Visa & MC, debit cards and PayPal funds are all acceptable forms of payment. Most items are made for your order so orders can take approximately 3-10 business days to be completed. Larger orders may take longer. Most orders only take a few days to be completed however at high order times it can take longer. We are currently offering a free item with your purchase if you choose PayPal as your payment option. You cannot combine offers - only one free item per customer per day. Please let us know what type of bird you have so we can send the correct size item for your bird to enjoy! Items may be toy parts, toys or perches.

Policies

Once you submit your order you agree to our policies. So please read! All sales are final. For the safety & health of all birds we do not accept any returns for any reason. If there is a problem please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will help resolve it. We describe each item and the size with great detail and offer two images of the product so you have a very good idea of what you would be receiving. We would like to make all our customers returning customers! If your order contains an item that is not in-stock you will be notified and will not be charged for it. We do not do back orders. Please email us for an estimated in-stock date and re-order. We make toys and toy parts for each order so it does take time to work on orders. Colors may vary on toys from the pictures. We color the majority of wood for each order. Some wood takes color well and some may have dark spots or not be in perfect color. We do our best but wood takes color differently! Email us any time to check the status or to get an idea of when your order will be shipped. Busy Bird, Inc. will not be responsible for any damage or injury of any kind caused by any product. We make toys with safety in mind however experts say no bird toy anywhere is 100% safe. All products should be checked daily as birds’ beaks change them. It is up to bird owners to watch their bird with toys and other products and make sure their birds are safe. Busy Bird, Inc. reserves the right to change policies, procedures and prices at any time. We have not changed our policies and procedures since we started our business but sometimes we need to adjust prices for sales, etc.

Cancellation Policy

We handmake 95% of the toys for each order and also make a lot of the toy parts. We put a lot of work into our products so please email us with any questions about products before ordering. If an order is cancelled before it is shipped, we charge a twenty percent handling and restocking fee. Please read all of our policies before ordering along with emailing us any questions you may have. Orders cannot be cancelled once your order is shipped.

We ship with USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or FedEx. We ship the cheapest way however you can request an upgrade to a faster service for an additional charge. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance for an additional $3.50, check the optional insurance yes box on the shipping information page. An email with the tracking or delivery confirmation number will be sent when your order is shipped. Be sure to add Busy Bird, FedEx & USPS to your email address book to ensure proper delivery. We cannot be held responsible for emails that have not been recieved by your email provider.
